Art and History. 8+.
In 1871, Thomas Jefferson Coolidge Jr., great-grandson of the president, purchased land with magnificent views of the Atlantic Ocean, now known as Coolidge Point. In this program, we will explore the site's collections and connections to early American history, and all participants will create a landscape painting.

New for 2018: We have increased the number of programs and separated them into two age categories, "8+" and "All Ages." Programs listed as "8+" are intended solely for children between the ages of 8 and 14 and are not suitable for younger siblings. Programs listed as "All Ages" include a variety of activities designed to engage and educate younger children as well. Each program description includes the subject area or areas it primarily covers.
