Lyman Estate, 185 Lyman Street, Waltham, Mass.

Although best known as the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution, the city of Waltham also has a rich colonial history. Join Waltham historian Jack Cox as he examines colonial Waltham from the time of John Winthrop's exploration in 1631 through the end of the American Revolution. This illustrated lecture pays particular attention to remnants from the colonial era that are still visible in the twenty-first century.
